Hong Kong Education of Innovation and Performing Arts Association Limited is a non-profit-making charity founded by Hong Kong singer Det Dik in 2020.  It aims to provide the public with education, promotional activities and social services related to innovation and technology, stage performing arts and sports.

Breaking, an important element of street dance culture, will become a new official event in the 2024 Paris Olympics.  Owing to its humble origin of the street, street dance culture has not been given due weight, and has even been marginalised.  To encourage the public to learn more about street dance, this project will hold promotional activities in various districts across Hong Kong to engage the public in street dance for a first-hand experience of the vigour and joy of street dancers.
