Established in 2015, Hong Kong Street Dance Development Alliance is committed to the sustainable development of street dance in the local scene by organising various activities, training workshops and exchanges, including Hong Kong Street Dance Championships, Street Dance Theatre Development Programme, Street Dance Appreciation Series and Hong Kong Street Dance Festival, to enable more street dancers to exploit their strengths to the full.

‘Tie a Cyber Knot’ is themed on the knots on the cheongsam, which symbolise the connection between the skills of young dancers and the techniques of veteran tailors in shops a hundred years old.  Combining augmented reality and live street dance performances, the programme brings the audience back to old Hong Kong to explore whether the cyber knot could establish a true tie for the dancers and tailors.
