M04b | Know More about Hong Kong and Revolutionary Activities of Modern China (In Cantonese)(Some sessions cancelled) 


Students will first join a guided tour to the “Hong Kong in Dr Sun Yat-sen’s Time” permanent exhibition, in which museum docent will introduce the role played by Hong Kong in the revolutionary activities of modern China. They will be required to select the exhibit that they think best represents the close connections between Hong Kong and revolutionary activities, and then make a written or pictorial record of the selected exhibit. Working in groups, students will discuss what they have found, finalise their written records, and make presentations to other groups. To help them gain a deeper understanding of the topic, students will have the chance to make their own souvenirs featuring the selected exhibits.
