About the Group

R&T (Rhythm & Tempo) is a tap dance group established in 2008.  Past productions include Muban: A Tap Dancing Journey, Tappy Time Travel and Tappy Feet in Neighbourhood.  R&T is is currently a grantee of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. 

About the Programme

Buddha makes his disciple stand in for him during his seclusion at the Pure Land.  Due to his limited supernatural power, this “Buddha Trainee” (played by a magician) turns a mother into a child by accident.  After taking care of his fidgeting mother who acts like a child, the defiant teenage son gradually becomes grateful for what she has done for him.  The audience will decide whether or not everything will return to normal.
