This workshop aims to share the arts group's experience in "Applied Drama for Classical Chinese Teaching." Featuring pedagogical demonstrations, it will help teachers explore the possibilities of dramatised teaching methods for their daily classroom designs.

Dr Leung Shing-him (yatyau)

Dr Leung is the Artistic Director of Class 7A Drama Group.  He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) with a Doctor of Education (specialising in training teachers to apply drama as a teaching tool).  He is currently serving as the School Development Director of the Quality School Improvement Project at the CUHK, providing professional development training for teachers in teaching with drama, project learning, STEAM, and other areas.  He is skilled in assisting primary and secondary school teachers in integrating drama into classroom teaching, scientific exploration, project learning, and life-wide learning.

Application can be submitted online through the "Art Connect: Arts and Culture Platform for Hong Kong Schools" under the webpage of "Exploring the Theatre: Arts Experience Scheme for Senior Secondary Students 2026/27".  Limited quota will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
