Since its launch in 1904, Hong Kong's tram system has been running for more than 120 years, becoming one of the city's most iconic symbols. As thetrams glide slowly through the streets, the wooden seats and the familiar "ding ding" sound have become indispensable parts of the cityscape forgenerations. The instructor will introduce the early development of Hong Kong's tramways. Through building their own tram models, students canexperience the unique features of this historic mode of transport and rediscover the enduring charm of the "Ding Ding Tram".
