A pen, a piece of blank paper, and a space for yourself are all you need to express your thoughts anytime, anywhere, and relieve your daily accumulated stress 24/7!  Through musical performances and various workshops, Theatre Formula will guide audiences in exploring hidden and unaddressed feelings and emotion, through different means of expression, such as writing, music, body language, and portrait painting. Through this creative process, audiences will learn about self-acceptance and self-affirmation, build self-confidence, and ultimately become a pillar of support for their own souls with self-awareness and mind-healing.  The project also aims to integrate arts into daily life, and making it a habit so participants can cleanse their souls and embrace the joys and sorrows of life with ease, even in the face of difficult days.
