Phase 1:
Drama Training Workshop
(9 sessions)

November 2023 to April 2024

Theatrical Art Workshop
Students will learn about theatrical art and the different roles on the front stage and backstage.  Their potential and creativity will be inspired through theatrical games, improvised creation and role-play exercises as they experience the joy of the theatre.

Character Discovery Workshop
Students will explore the personalities of the characters and consider the dramatic conflicts faced by the characters in the story.  These will help enrich the contents and layers of their script.

Plot Creation
Incorporating their understanding of the characters and their creativity, students will collectively create new plots and the script for their finale performance.

Rehearsal

To rehearse and prepare for the finale performance, students will be trained on theatrical performance skills, including voicing, body language, emotion expression, etc.

Phase 3:

July 2024

The finale performance, which features students' adaptation of a classic fairy tale, will be staged on campus so that the learning outcome can be shared with their friends and parents.
